Supervision & Communications
Qualifications
Pioneer will place employees in supervisory positions that have
demonstrated Leadership Qualities and will continuously train
them to assure the delivery of a consistent, coordinated and quality
service.
Managerial Training
We will provide written verbal and on location training to customize
each supervisor's approach to his or her accounts needs. They
will also receive both written and verbal training concerning
procedures and supplies. Each Supervisor also receives training
in safety and Blood Borne Pathogens and they are re-certified
annually.
Review and Progress Reports
Supervisors are required to contact our office each day and review
progress and problem reports with their Manager. We provide prompt
action regarding any problem reports, and track these reports
to prevent patterns of similar complaints.
Supervisors are required to complete a monthly list of Specialty
Services or Project work performed at their building. This would
include special requests and scheduled weekly, monthly or quarterly
items.
Supervisors are required to check in with our contact person
where applicable and check the logbook for any special requests
or problem reports. They are also to report all entries to the
office. This enables Management to schedule special requests or
contact our customer to follow up on resolution to any problems.
Supervisors are required to meet with management once per month
to review progress and review cleaning, supply, safety or staffing.
Management and the supervisor set both short and long-term goals
to provide our customers with the highest quality service.
